Alfredo is one of the most in demand photographers in the industry. He is a sought after professional photographer whose clients range from top corporations, non-government organizations, real estate firms, resorts, restaurants, car manufacturers, wedding clients, publications, galleries and serious art collectors.  

 The list goes on and on. He started tinkering with the camera at the young age of 9. Alfredo took up Development Studies at the Ateneo De Manila University. Photography always played a big role in his life even during his school days. He was the youngest photo editor for the Guidon, the official paper of the Loyola School of Arts and Sciences.

Upon graduating Alfredo was given the Dean’s Award for the Arts in Photography. After getting his degree, he ventured into the corporate world and worked for multi-national corporations in the field of logistics and fast moving consumer goods. Doing his best to juggle time between work and his passion, Alfredo decided to go full time into photography in 2004.

The following year, Alfredo had his first photo exhibit entitled Open for Inspiration. A photo and painting exhibit with visual artist, Pia Rivera. This collaboration was taken to the next level when the couple decided to tie the knot in late 2006.

Alfredo credits his learning experience at the International Center of Photography in New York as a catalyst that further strengthened his desire to develop and sharpen his skills. While in New York his eyes were opened to the endless possibilities brought by the camera’s shutter. Alfredo was lucky enough to meet and work with an illustrious list of international photographers, which includes Fernando Afable, Adam idelberg, and Allen Rokach.

 Back in Manila, Alfredo had the opportunity to apprentice under top photographers Emilio Esguerra, Jo Avila and Tom Epperson. His apprenticeship stint gave him the needed boost to establish his very own career as a professional photographer.

Alfredo was awarded as the 2009 Henry Ford Awards Published Photo of the Year

Today, Alfredo is as busy as ever doing what he loves best and sharing his expertise to young aspiring photographers. His passion and determination continue to propel him to dream and soar.
